Medford’s proposed new public library, designed by Schwartz Silver Architects, replaced the existing building that no longer served the community as well as it could. The new building and site is LEED certified and offers opportunities for education on sustainable building practices through the installation of solar panels, rain gardens, and planting strategies to reduce heat island effects.
Collaborating with the architect, I added the landscape components for these 3d renderings according to our designs that are also represented in plan below. The renderings were included in client and public presentations.
