Overlook Terrace at Orient Heights is a mix of residential and community buildings ranging in height from two-to-five stories in a combination of sustainable townhouses and mid-rises, in a highly visible location just north of Boston. DMLA served as the site planner for this multi-phased 300+ unit development with ICON Architecture.
As an intern at DMLA, I produced presentations for and participated in community meetings, produced design documents from schematic design through construction documents, specifications, and assisted with construction administration for the multi-phased project.
